My name is Charlie, and I’m a Asperger Professional with expertise in most fields that goes through challenges, and improves in any shape or form by upskilling, and reskilling my abilities to succeed. It’s mainly IT, but I have the gift to create music, become a actor on camera, and make people laugh. I’m currently working with a Learning Excellence Institute as a Intern to research, and analyse Tools, Resources, and Strategies to develop Platforms, and Courses to help students build Resilience so they can find their passion, and purpose. They will know the challenges they’ll face, and find the right Tools, Resources, and Strategies to adapt in todays society. Ever since I was young, I didn’t have any support or guidance to help me along the way. I was born with Asperger’s, which means I’m part of the Autism Spectrum. I was different from other kids. Teachers wouldn’t give me accommodation or mentoring. I felt empty inside and was always left behind. I sat in a classroom alone, without a single true friend. I didn’t have conversations with other kids or work with them. My career prospects were limited; I felt isolated because I live in a small mountain town with few jobs. When I turned 21, I met Jaye. She changed my life and showed me a different perspective of my future. She introduced me to Resiliency+, which has all the necessary tools to find my true Passion and Purpose. Her mastery of Resiliency+ skills allows her to quickly pinpoint others’ strengths. Her work assignments gave me the freedom to not stay in one place. Before, I was stuck, not having a vision or idea about myself or what possibilities I could pursue. Now, I grabbed onto the techniques from the Resiliency+ Toolkit. I started to realize that I was discovering my skillsets and mindsets while being able to complete work for her. My Resiliency+ teammates consider me a professional who goes through challenges and completes work sooner than expected. I am creating my successful career in non-traditional pathways. I now want to chart my own course, developing all the skills I can build. 8 months ago, I started as a Business Analyst, and now I am a Freelancer in IT Consultation that opens even more doors. I will be an excellent professional that anyone can rely on. For the first time in my life, I realize who I truly am. Since I found Jaye, she turned me from a ‘Clueless Nobody’ to a ‘Mastermind Ally, who reshaped his future’. I’m looking forward to my unique pathway and seeing what opportunities await me. What I like to do in my spare time is do volunteer work for people, communities, friends, and families that need assistance. I would mow the lawns, work on house projects, and give my service to use my expertise of profession. I would also do fun, and relaxing things to get my mood in the right place. I would play video games that were fun to me like old games that I played when I was young because I don’t really enjoy most of the new titles that would come out recently, couple years ago, and 5 years ago. I mostly like games that came out before or a little bit after 2010. I also enjoy playing with a Guitar, Piano, Saxophone, and other Instruments. I also like to create any kind of music using music production software, such as FL Studios. I like to create, edit, upload, and watch videos on YouTube. The type of content I would keep myself engage is funny videos, listening to music, and gaming videos. But I would also educate myself to find tutorials, discover new things, and learn new skills, but sometimes I would go back to the skills that I’m expertise, so I can rememorize if I forgot to know how to use it in specific tasks, and situations.
